I started Screen Free Life because I wanted to see what would happen if I slowed down — if I spent less time looking at screens and more time noticing what’s right in front of me.
What This Space Is
Screen Free Life is where I share small observations and slow experiments in living more intentionally — from handwriting and journaling to cooking, walking, making, and simply resting.
It’s not about cutting technology out entirely, but about remembering what it feels like to live off-screen once in a while.

“It’s about noticing what’s real… the weight of a pen, the sound of the wind, the warmth of a day that doesn’t need documenting. Life still happens beautifully, quietly, off the screen.”
